Saw a car for sale from Epping Cars on autotrader - Renault megane convertible. Emailed the company direct asking for a call back. Chased this up the following day as nothing heard from them. Was eventually told I could view the car but after many phone calls and texts messages spanning almost a fortnight, I have been given false promises and the complete run around. Absolute disgusting customer services. So glad I didn't get to buy the car now as I can only imagine what their after sales service is like!
