Wrong name and address on V5C, warranty

Purchased a Ford B Max last month for £8k including warranty. Within 2 weeks of driving home, the battery went flat twice and the AA ended up having to replace it. Renault also registered the warranty under the wrong name and address- we suspect they have also done the same thing with the V5C, no one in their admin has come back to us so we have no idea who the car is registered under. Car was serviced just before purchase but no record in service book. Have called and chased Renault multiple to fix these issues but no response. Drove down to talk to them this weekend and the manager, Muhammad, assured me that the money for battery would be refunded and all the paperwork sorted out by Monday- but a few days letter, radio silence still (they seem to be allergic to responding to emails). I would avoid this dealership- after paying £8K for a car, you’d expect better. I’m going to see if I can get my money back for the car, lots of hassle which could have been avoided with better customer service.
