How a car dealership should be

We purchased a BMW X3 from My New Motor back in March 2024, the whole process was seamless and they carried out a full service for us along with an MOT (ended up replacing quite a lot of parts for us). They delivered the car to my work, after a couple of weeks a light did come on the dash - having spoke to them they dealt with a local garage and sorted the issue out no questions asked, thanks for the help!
