CARRIED OUT UNAUTHORISED WORK

Left my car here for MOT. No communication at all on their part. Was left without a car to get home in as they did not call me and were closed when I phoned them. Was told I could not take my car away as it was illegal. Charged £1,000 for work to windscreen wiper fail. They kept my car for three days. I asked several times for a quote / estimate but they made excuses and said they would get back to me but didn't. When the car was eventually ready to collect I was told it was £1,000. Absolutely shocking service all round.
