Saw a car on autotrader, called them up to enquire. He asked for a deposi as I needed a week to travel cross country to view it. When I got there the car wasn't. After waiting over an hour for it to arrive, it wasn't up to sale condition. We noticed a fault with the coolant which they lied about fixing and the car stank of wet dog. They said I'd get my deposit back in the post but im still waiting. After multiple attempts to failed contact them i have had to resort to reporting them to trading standards and had to go through the small claims court. Absolute shocking how they treat people. They are rude and unprofessional, and should not be allowed to trade again. AVOID!
