Sold a car under misrepresentation

I went into carworld on several occasions looking for a good towing car for our caravan and on this particular day we had a look at a Volvo V90 and it was right on the maximum towing limit, and told the salesman it was not right for us as we need to tow at least 2000kg not 1800, he asked me to go back in a little while and he would look to see what they have to suit my needs. When I got back he pulled up some info on google and said that this Volvo would do the job I require and would pull 2500kg, so I trusted his judgement. We were told that the car had, had new brakes discs and pads all the way around but had no recent service, so I requested a service be done at an additional £400 before we collect the car. After 2 hours, I went back to collect the car and before being handed the keys, I asked if it had all been done and ready to be told yes it is ready and done. This is where I sat in the car for a few minutes to check through all the paperwork and the service manual, to see that the book had not been stamped, so I went back in to question this, and this is where no one seemed to know anything about any service that was meant to be done, and the excuses that came were is that they thought it had been done and also that they forgot and then they ran out of time or did not have the time, so leaving me with no option to take the car, as we were away for the weekend. Upon driving the car, I began to notice a judder in the brakes and when I got home, I see that the car had not had new discs and pads all the way around at all. I took the car back to Carworld and told them that I did not want the car back under any circumstances and wanted my old car back that I used as a deposit, to be told that it had already been disposed of and sent to auction, as both sets of keys had gone, so the car was not on the premises and gone as they get rid of them. Even so I asked for a different likeness to my Sportage, to be told ok we will sort something out with the sales manager. After many hours of waiting around like an idiot, I was handed back the keys and told there you go, the car has had new discs and pads put on the front and I said I don't want the car back under my right to cancel, only to be told that there is nothing now wrong with the car and I have signed the paperwork, so the car is mine and that's how it is. I have also found that I was 100% correct when I said about the car's towing capacity and that it would not be good enough for what we need, so the sales person sold us the car under misrepresentation, using the information from a similar Volvo, that being the V90 cross country B5 ours is a V90 D4. So I have now been in touch with the finance company about this to cancel the finance agreement under the 14 day cooling off period and the 30 day consumer act. Since doing this I have been back on the Carworld website to see if there is anything else to consider if given the option, only to see our Sportage that they said that they had disposed of up for sale, this has now added salt into an already sore wound. I am now also going to go onto the .GOV.UK website to forearm myself with a writ to take this to the small claims court as this company is just a bunch of liars and cheats that will do anything to get a sale and then cover up there deceit
