A productive and enjoyable visit

Our branch of Arnold Clarke in Altrincham no longer sells new, petrol cars so we decided to try the Northwich branch. What a pleasant surprise to be greeted by a very friendly, helpful sales consultant Tom. He listened carefully to my questions and what I was looking for in a new car, It was really stress free. He took time to let me test drive the car having sensed that I was reluctant to drive on roads I wasn’t familiar with he took me to a nearby, empty car park so I could try it out minus traffic. Having decided what I wanted I was surprised to be able to pick the new car the next day. Tom even came to pick us up from home so I could drive back with me husband in the car when I drove it home. Everything was explained very thoroughly and all my questions answered patiently. I would definitely recommend the branch to friends and family. Thank you Tom!!
