Rip Off, Death Trap Dealership - Avoid!!

He sold my 77 year old mother a car that has had nothing but issues shortly after the sale. She saved as much of her pension as she could for years to buy a car. However, she has spent a fortune fixing a number of issues with it within the year. I am absolutely disgusted with the owner of this establishment who refuses to accept any responsibility! Any advice on how my mother could tackle this would be much appreciated.
