They want you in and out as quick as possible and don't really care what you are looking for in a car. They will provide your their recommendation purely based off what you have seen in the lot and what they can get you to take away in the next week. When raising concerns or questions they are brushed aside with half truths rather than facts and proper legwork to answer or respond to your question. They truly live up to the historic stereotype of car sales people, with no regard to the customer just their commission and targets. And don't get me started on after sales. When pointing out to the salesman MATT that he had misinformed us that the optional extra we wanted was not available to order, he admitted he got it wrong and then went on to say well we (Lookers) will just provide some evidence that we have not mis-sold and you will just have to accept the car anyhow in a few weeks. Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 is a joke to this team and unless Mercedes or Lookers regional teams start to look into why all 10 of the reviews this year on Trustpilot are 1 or 2 stars, and Gatwick Mercedes has the lowest Google rating of all the Lookers dealerships in the south of England. Their reputation as a premium brand is in shambles. WILL PROVIDE AN UPDATE ONCE MATTER IS RESOLVED.
