Dreadful customer service
I never write bad reviews, but this is necessary to advise others to avoid this dealership if you want good customer service. As others have written below, calls aren’t answered, calls aren’t returned and in our case a deposit was not returned for almost a month. To get it back took 10+ phone conversations (not including the ones that the branch didn’t answer) plus escalation through Jardine head office. Sadly, the whole team need customer services training - they either didn’t know how to check the status of the refund, how to process it at all, or completely lied saying it had been processed when it hadn’t. Thankfully we purchased elsewhere and had great customer service (Solihull).
