Cowboys when buying your car

These cowboys bought my car through Motorway by offering over reserve price. But as soon as they turned up to collect car started pointing out things on car that were not there eg stated rear tyres needed replacing- absolute joke (car had just had MOT and serviced from Volvo and tyres were 4mm and perfect). Also tried to tell me alloy wheel would need refurbished- wheels were perfect and I could see no problem. This company simply bids for a car and then tries to knock hundreds off by trying to confuse seller. Do not touch these cowboys go somewhere reputable.
