Purchased a car that is unsafe, the car came with a clear MOT, which is clearly fake. Within a month of purchase the car has been deemed by a mechanic as 'the worst he has ever seen' only good for scrap. Have contacted the garage requesting a refund as within my consumer rights - they have refused this and have not replied to my e mails. I have no other option but to take legal action against them.
