Terrible service

Bought a car here, delivered by one of owners, no issues initially. Started having issues in matter of days. Turns out the DPF filter was done. Contacted garage who asked for 2 quotes. Which was done. Repaired carried out and invoice sent. Not both owners are ignoring me and refusing to respond. Independent garage confirmed that this issue would have been existing.
