NOT WORTH THE BUSINESS

I was pursudaed to reserve a car I saw . Though I had a my reservations about reserving ahead of approval ,one of the guys there called Steve told me to reserve and my deposit will be refunded if I get refuse of financing . Upon refusal I called and his colleague said they will issue refund , yet I didn’t get it back. They try to convince me to try again with another dealer etc just to buy more time to keep my deposit . As a business I think it’s very awful to do business this way . Convince people to pay deposit with a guarantee of refund and then do otherwise. They don’t stick to their words. They can keep the money but I am very disappointed and not in a chance will I ever purchase a thing from them. Wish them luck with selling their cars
