Appalling after sales service

Appalling after sales service, such as shame as Volvo is a great brand and their sales team are also great, but avoid this place for anything post sale. Impossible to get through to them, no updates when the car is in, often don’t actually do what its in for, car in 8 times since new to fix an issue which makes is creak like a 20 year old Landrover and still ongoing, Lookers complaints team don’t follow up either so perhaps its a group issue. Do believe all the bad reviews on these groups as they are very accurate and I have experienced most of the points raised, all the positive reviews are based on the sales process which I’d concur with.
