I have had the worst experience with this company since collecting a car. Picked up a Astra gtc in the evening, on the drive home notice lights flickering and water like swooshing noise coming from underneath the car. realised it had issues with the front headlamps and the inside bulbs would flicker. In the morning noticed scratches on the bumper with a bit of it popped out and cuts to the tyres. After speaking with them, they did quickly arrange to correct some of the issues. They corrected the bulbs, removed a subwoofer that wasn't working, the swooshing noise remained and the scratches and cuts to the tyres were marked as age related. Soon after I got the car back I took it to Halfords for an inspection, which I then found oil leaks, coil springs damaged, the battery was near dead, issues with the coolant tank & the cuts to the tyres that i mentioned to them. Bear in mind, this was only a month after having the vehicle. I was also told by halfords that some of these issues should have been flagged in the MOT which they completed a day before i picked the car up. When i raised these issues, i was told they are wear and tear & they would not be repairing any of the issues other than the water build up underneath. After weeks of back and forth they agreed to take the car back i assuming to save cost on preparing the car for me, but now are claiming me for the scratches and bumper damage that i raised to them in the beginning. Also to add when they had the car for the first repair the courtesy car they gave me broke down while i was driving with my kids at night, it seems to be a common theme.
