Poor service but love the car

I have had some issues with this dealership. The car was not clean or as described, The car had stone chips and paint swirls. there was also foundation on the sun visor from the previous owner. The car needed the gearbox replacing... they said this would take a week and it took almost 8 no I'm not happy with that. I really like the car but the service here was not good.
