Con artists sold me a a Mercedes for £7500 that broke down less than 10 days later with a major engine fault (crank failure) when confronted the owner said it's sold as seen and laughed down the phone so in response I told them I will be returning the car Monday then he started to get threatening and abusive and said they will not be acepting my return and will charge me storage so now here I am taking the matter through small claims court I recommend to avoid this company at all costs as there con artist selling scrap that's been bodged up to get out the door.also the owner tried to denie sale of the vehicle luckily i have paid most the sum by bank to there buisness account also have screenshots of there advertisement
