Badly let down by VW

Shocking After sale service from Derby VW at pride park, had issues with the 1st and Reverse gears, simply won't engage, VW at derby where I purchased it from simply said they had an Email from Main VW saying, let the car warm up for a while and it will be fine, after doing that it gets worse, leaving me to pull off in 2nd gear or put my foot out to roll the car an inch, then it will select the gear 🥵
