Wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!
I bought my car back in Feb 2024, there was a few issues which needed fixing. I told them I want them fixing before I pick the car up. I was told the car would be ready to collect on such a date, so I arranged for my insurance to swap over on the said date. They contacted me to tell me the work wasn't completed, but I said I needed to collect this car on the agreed date, as I would incur charges with my insurance if I had to swap the change over date, to which chapelhouse said they couldn't cover this fee. So after chasing several times after collecting the car to get the issues fixed, they only have fixed half of the issue and made it worse. The sales rep has now gone on Mat leave and another sales rep is telling me this complaint will be closed as the issue was fixed, clearly its not been fixed as they have made it worse and will not take liability for this, even though I have email proof of the sales rep dealing with this that she will get this sorted and speak to her manager. Absolutely shocking customer service and they are just wanting to dismiss you with any issues once you have left the forecourt with the vehicle. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
