Awful service
I own a BMW and mini. I always take it for service or any other work that needs to be done, on my Vehicles. In May 2022, I took my mini to the dealership to change auxiliary belt and pulley. I took my mini back in May 2023 to have the auxiliary belt pulley and engine mount replaced again under BMW parts warranty. In June 2023, I took my vehicle back as there was noise coming from the engine and my turbo was not working. They gave me a bill for over £3000 to have it fixed. Bearing in mind I just had my mini de-choked by them and had a new turbo switch, As I had carbon built up. So I took my vehicle to an independent garage. They had a look and said you only need to replace booster pipe as it has been pissed, has a small hole in it, The garage also told me that when your vehicle was in at the dealership, they would’ve accidentally pierced a hole in your booster pipe which is causing you loss of power. Which only cost me just over £800. I also paid the dealership £120 diagnostics and gave me a quotation for over £3000. If I could, I would give them a zero star. Now I have the same problem again with my vehicle. I need the pulley, auxiliary belt and the engine mount replaced again. It’s all down to their technician, not doing a proper diagnostics on my vehicle. Now they are telling me I need to take it to another dealership they don’t want to deal with my Vehicle anymore. Wow Great customer service. 😔. All because I complained, And asked for a refund for the booster pipe and diagnostics. do not use Sytner Dealerships. I have had three or four different service advisors because they all leave the company all they ever think about is profit, And not you as a customer.
