Say they'll get back to you but never do

Bought an auto Ford focus from them on 29th of March 2024 first thing that was wrong cd/radio player wasn't working at all so was asking for the radio code as it was not in none of the paper work provided called and got told will find it for you and we will get back to you on 3 occasions and never did actual issue was a blown fuse which I sorted myself and found the code myself using serial number on radio. Next thing never ever tried the rear windows since purchase till my son decides he wanted to go in the back while on holiday on the the 12th of April he tries window all he gets is a crunching noise and no movement of the window, quite clearly a window regulator issue so decide to check out the other side as haven't checked either rear windows and both were the same. So they sell a car with fuse issues and motor/regulator issues with the windows which they must have known before selling. My regret not paying for a pre car inspection by AA before purchase as they would of said stay clear good thing I know police officers, and a criminal magistrate from my hockey days so I will be passing on details not just to trading standards but some more higher profile friends so by christmas I expect this dealership to be out of business. Do not use this dealership.
