Don't Complain!

One star for Whitestone staff courtesy and work done under the 3 month warranty. Unfortunately once that 3 month warranty runs out they don't want to know you, the car or the cars problems, not so courteous after the 3 month warranty period! The car I bought had a new clutch fitted under warranty and failed after 10 months/3500 miles. I contacted Whitestone, they didn't want to know and directed me to one of their trusted workshops who fitted the clutch 3500 miles previously. It took over 4 months over Christmas to repair and I am still having problems almost 3 months after getting the car back & with parts missing. Now the repairer won't communicate with me and Whitestone don't want to know. What a waste of 9k for a car to see me through retirement. Avoid if you can stand up for yourself.
