An expensive disappointment

Well where to start ……… Bought an NX350 last July 2023. December 2023 squirrels got in through the cooling vents for the hybrid batteries under the back seats, chewed through the seats and caused £7000 worth of damage to seats and centre console ?!? I know right 🤦‍♂️. It took 4 weeks and a shocking email from Mr Damien Carter - Aftersales Manager to even get a quote for repairs, (then once we got approval from our insurers, because Lexus said not their fault or that there was even a possibility that there was a flaw with the car, even if egress was this easy! ) Approval took three days by the way …… just saying insurance company were amazing. 6 weeks after that (yes 6 weeks !) the car was finally ready for collection. Did we even get an apology or a sorry for your trouble and or problems not a chance. Did the amazing Mr Carter return one call or email after his diatribe ? no ! Aftersales ?? Don’t make me laugh. Lexus UK & Lexus Bolton 👎 As I know that they will feel compelled to argue this review, I will say this, if anybody wants to message me privately I will happily provide photos and a copy of the email trail.
