I purchased a van over a week ago, I was told that it would be ready the following Monday its now Thursday and I still have not heard anything, I have rang them but no sensible answer! When purchasing the car there was no such thing as customer service, I had to go and look for a member of staff and he didn't want to leave his chair, overall not happy with the one individual in the office other than that the van is as described.
