Keep away, this garage is a disgrace to the motor trade. Please keep away!! 6 weeks ago we bought a 2010 Micra for daughters 1st car. It came with a years MOT with no advisories. We were sold a dangerous car that shouldn't have been on the road.Here is the list of things that have gone wrong it - 2 rear wheels leaking air out of the sidewalls so the tyres were going flat in days, exhaust blown, ABS light on, starter motor needed replacing. Took it back to Dunelm and their mechanic was 'off' for 3 weeks. Finally got them to have a look at it and they replaced the exhaust and put inner-tubes in the rear wheels. They never fixed the ABS warning light, they said they didn't know anything about it (they did). 4 days later car wouldn't start, the starter motor had gone. Took car to a reputable garage who are going to get the car roadworthy for us. They were outstanded by Dunelms bodge jobs, including the 'new' exhaust which was leaking dangerous amounts of fumes into the cabin. The reviews here on Google are correct, these people are cowboys and shouldn't be trading. When speaking about it to the old man who works there he said 'I'm a salesman, not a mechanic' Trading standards and the Ombudsman have been informed. They are cowboys! Do not buy a car from these crooks.
