Aweful after sale services

Absolutely a disgraceful dealer considering they are one of the front faces of Mercedes-Benz dealership. Age discrimination, SHAME ON YOU. My son who is in his early twenties, worked hard to get his first dream car in Aug 2022 from this dealer. All sales personnels were like a rash until he signed the dotted line. There were a number of issues with the car and the dealer was made aware of them within a week after the delivery, including problem with the head lights and a missing parcel shelf cover for the boot. The dealer promised to order the missing parcel shelf cover, that was 18 months ago, and we are still waiting. There was one time, the car was booked in to have its head lights checked, and we made arrangement for pickups as we were told the car needed to be in their workshop for a day from 8am. When we got there at 8am, we were told the appointment was double booked, so we had to turn around. What a waster of time. What kind customer services was that? Shamble is what I can think of, that is me being civil. When my son rang them up to speak to the duty manager to report the complaints, he got passed from person to person, no return calls even after left messages and contact number, only becaue he is young. You treated a young Merc car owner like dirt, the way and numbe of times you brushed him off are disgraceful. So to all viewers, if you want to buy a Merc, stay away from this dealer. They have no after sale customer servies skills, other than your signature.
