Rubbish customer service

Organised a test ride when the bike had been checked over. The dealer an hour 1/2 from home so did not want go on speck. Told Saturday (this was Thursday). Drove all the way for the allotted time. Had to wait to see the salesperson (fair enough). Oh she says did you not get my email the bike is no longer available!!!! Rubbish service Not impressed
