Poor in every way

Absolutely shocking, bought a ford transit 2019, from these cowboys, was happy at first glimpse, on closer inspection I found broken fog lamp then I noticed a poor repair on the bumper and the over spray on the inside of the cab, then I replaced the front lamp as that was flickering because it was a pattern lamp. All of this is an indication it’s been in an unreported accident. Then it gets worse it went into limp mode after 2 and half months of having it I got stuck on the M25 with my 2 young children and the dog whilst picking my wife up from the airport, a journey I never made. Very stressful for my kids and me, broke down at midnight got recovered 8am the next morning. The van went into limp mode due to thermostat leaking on a sensor then add blue malfunction and EGR valve. I contacted J&S they said they insinuated that the damage could have happened after purchase. I was quite shocked. I replyed with “why would I damage it then get it fix and to then tell you about it”🤬. Jack told me to bring it back and they would repair it. To be honest I don’t trust you and I lost all respect for this please after tell them my experience and how much it cost in repairs and van rentals. I ask them for service of the vehicle I was told it was all online and I phoned up Ford no record!!! Not even a hint of compensation. I spent over 20k on a van with them and it cost me a further £1,800 just to get it running. Save yourself time and hassle and money by not buying from J&S
