Paid £8,500 for a Ford Focus that my son fell in love with. The sales person took great pleasure in telling him what a great product and at a great price. 4 weeks later the gear box disintegrated. Initially I was informed that TC Harrison were not liable as the guarantee I had was a 3 month wear and tear only! After getting the car recovered with no help from TC Harrison there is no sign of the car being repaired or me having any transport. I have great explanations and descriptions of what they are doing and where the part may be but no resolution or customer service. Not bad eh? £8,500 and no car, which means I have to beg and borrow lifts, until TC Harrison can be bothered to get the car fixed. They're not bothered, they have the money!
