The customer is always wrong
Booked a service for my motability car arrived promptly at 10.30 am (the booked in time) and was told It wouldn't be seen until 2.30 pm as they were busy and they didn't know that I was going to wait whilst it was done. As a disabled person I really don't have a lot of choice without my motability car then I was asked how I was paying (service is included in motability deal. Then after half an hour they said they'd reschedule me for a home collection and waive the fee (The fee that motability drivers don't pay) then I was given a date that was two weeks ago Finally I was given a date six weeks away and I left hopefully never to return if possible
