Dishonest

I have been dealing with Arnold Clark for a number of years, even sending business their way. From my latest experience, and reading recent reviews it has unfortunately gone downhill. Staff credibility, honesty, respect and ooodwill has gone out the window. Their dishonesty has cost me money and I now have to think about getting my next car elsewhere.
