Poor after sales

I purchased a car from Fareham Cars in May. At first I thought they were good, seemed genuine and get everything done efficiently... However, the after sales was diabolical. The car developed numerous issues and when I contacted them it took them 6 days to get back to me despite them saying it would be 24 hours and all they could say was that it was not their fault and that i need to speak to the warranty company, only for them to tell me that the faults were not covered by the warranty. The dealership have offered to have a look at the car if I take it to them but I will have to pay for the repairs and they can't give me a courtesy car. Feeling disappointed.
