Poor after sales

Back in May, I went to Days Motor Group and bought a car and I am not overly impressed with the after sales. The car has been back in for numerous times already and I was told that my warranty would be extended because of all the issues which has not happened. The guy who said this is now refusing to reply to my messages and so is the manager. I would not recommend.
