Poor service and communication

This is regarding my XC60 T8 version 2018 plate. Over last 3 yrs of having this car I have had 3 major electrical isssues. Most recent one is car not taking charge on plugging. Took in for service at the Norwich centre and mentioned about the fault. Charged upfront 138£ for diagnostics, which didn't manage to find the actual fault at this appointment and asked me to book in another date for the issue, which I do not mind. But the issue is that the revist incurs additional diagnostics charge of 138£ !! When I inquired about the reason behind being charged twice for the same issue ( which hasn't been diagnosed and resolved yet!) , I am told that they need to pay the technician on time basis. This is something you are not told when you book the car in.I have never seen a service centre charging customers hourly basis to pay their technicians! Completely odd. Thats not all, for last 2 years I have been repeatedly mentioning about malfunctioning front windscreen washer. Was reassured that it has been deat with at the last visit, but I wasn't convinced as it keeps damaging the front wiper blades. On this service it can be noted that the screen wash was checked and marked as normal. I am surprised that such an evident issue is appreciated by the lady at reception (when I tried to show her the issue) but missed by the trained technicians ,being payed 130£ hourly! Volvos are good cars and in general I am happy with its drive quality and features but I am thoroughly disapponted with the post sales service quality provided by Holdon Norwich. Now I am in serious thoughts of taking my custom to some other service centre, if not change the car to a non volvo brand.
