Terrible customer service

Rude staff. Sell cars that are filthy yet say they have been cleaned. Will not allow you to collect at the weekend so you have to pay for delivery which is not anywhere near the price they estimate on their website. The car I bought had dog hair all over the boot. The roof interior was filthy. The vents all clogged with dirt. When I viewed it it was at the back of their garage surrounded by other cars with no way of getting it out to see it properly. When I complained that it was filthy after it was delivered and that the MOT said there is a nail in the tyre they were rude. Only offered £15 to get a tyre repair and £10 to get it valeted inside and out. I had even bought the extra warranty but they did not care. They are appalling.
