Awful experience

Awful experience. Clear Car Group were the highest bidder for my BMW via the Motorway platform. Nearly 4 weeks later (Though I was on holiday for 1 week, which was communicated) and numerous attempts to get Assam to even view the vehicle he has now cancelled the order. Motorway state a Dealer cannot cancel an order without a very good reason, Clear Car Group have cancelled on the basis they have had issues contacting me to arrange viewing. That is most certainly not the case and I take exception to this, I have had to initiate almost every conversation and telephoned on numerous occasions to arrange a viewing and have been met with excuse after excuse and even no shows. I'm sure there will be a response from the Dealer with a rebuttal but my comments are honest. I can't express how strongly I feel in my view that this dealer should be avoided.
