Denied my consumer rights.

Appalling experience. Purchased a Mini Cooper which didn’t last a month. Had RAC breakdown report confirming coolant leak and independent garage inspection report confirming car is not road worthy (vast list of major faults, blue smoke, rusty sub frame, petrol fumes in cabin to name a few). Asked for a refund as per my consumer rights/right to reject faulty goods within 30 days. Dealer was abusive, made false claims about oil level and insisted I was not entitled to a refund/that I could expect a repair only. Thankfully, I had protection with my credit card company. No apology from dealer or accountability for selling me a car unfit for purpose. Referred dealer to Trading Standards.
