I bought a car from Sal on 30th December 2022 and 4days later I had problems he took the car back didn’t fix it told me he’d dragged it onto the road so I got it towed back to mine unfixed he told me I wouldn’t get my money back tried to offer me less money than I paid But I took him to court make sure you put it into his name the court claim I won it in April 2023 he didn’t pay me so I paid bailiffs to get my money back and in October he finally paid then he got hold of me saying I needed to bring the car back asap I told him to take me to court but he didn’t and after I felt I’d made him wait long enough I finally agreed that he could collect the car that was end of March 2024. It was a long process but it was worth it and I got some interest on it so Don’t listen to him he try’s to scare you into thinking you won’t win but you Definitely can because he sells dodgy cars and moves locations quite often.
