Rubbish website, amazing staff at Snows
We used the website, it was rubbish but the staff at Snows were amazing We used the website and booked in for a service at 11am but upon arrival it had appeared that it wasn't on the system at Snows Kia Garage. We spoke to the really helpful guys there and they managed to fit us in despite the midday finish. We couldn't of asked for more polite and friendly staff to deal with and it made our trip from Weymouth worthwhile. Kia as a company need to fix their online systems to communicate better with their stores across the country. It's not acceptable in 2024 to have such an unreliable website. Luckily the staff at Snows were there to pick up the pieces.
