Friendly and helpful people, both Sophie, who initially talked me through what I wanted and introduced me to Jordan who showed me a wide range of different cars and answered all my questions about each one before finding the car that was right for me and taking me on a test drive. The car I have bought is just what I need (Hyundai). Jordan explained what I needed to know and helped me through the process of buying with courtesy and patience. Sophie made me feel welcome, comfortable and not pressured. I was greeted with a smile by all in the showroom and given coffee and water while I was waiting. All in all a good buying experience
