bad salesmanship + aftersales

the car sold to us turned out to be damp on the inside of the car so we took it back to thurlby and they had a look and said would try and fix problem otherwise we will be looking for a replacement car to swap , they couldn't fix the problem so we asked for the replacement car and the reply was we can choose a car and pay the extra to them as a trade in so even at the end of it all it shows thurlby motors is a rip off to any public member ,even the sales people are full of bullshit to make a sales with cowshit aftersales . we would never look at this company or anything or body related to it.
