Absolutely shocking service and company

If you want to buy a car that causes you nothing but stress, hell and misery then this is the company for you. From day one it was an absolute nightmare and as for the customer service, well, if you want to be abused, intimidated and made to feel stupid then again Thurlby motors is the way to go. Both of the managers/owners, have a disgusting. obnoxious attitude and once they have your money they have no shame in displaying this. The only decent member of staff there is the service manager 'Graham' but even he doesn't have much of a say once Richard and Gail get involved. The day we drove our car away (BMW X5) it was smoking from the bonnet and that was just the start of a downward spiral with a car we thought and was encouraged was an amazing purchase. This company carried out illegal work on the car they sold us and then we we used our right to reject it they claimed they never sold us it (they changed company names, yet all our paperwork and payments were made to the company name they operate under to this day). So if you want the "Thurlby feeling" by all means shop here but I can assure you from personal experience this is not a feeling I would like to ever have again nor recommend to any single person.
