Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, I mirror what a previous 1 star review has stated. The dealership tried to handover a car that was described as being in "very good condition" only to find it with 2 badly curved alloys shells, a bumper covered in a number of scratches, bubbling paint and a very poor respray cover up and lastly a broken door seal. When I complained both the manager I dealt with and Johnson's group have not even had the decency of replying to me. I am now escalating to Skoda through their customer service team and will continue to raise the issue with the ombudsman also. Their argument , it's a used 9 ear old car, which I understand, but then don't describe the car as being in very good condition with no marks or scratches on the body work and no curbing to the alloys. Absolutely embarrassing and if you do one thing today by reading this, AVOID JOHNSONS SKODA BIRMINGHAM The worst experience I've ever had buying a car in the last 23 years of driving.
