Poor after sales

Bought a car from Declan who was very helpful & great to deal with. After a few days noticed a problem with back o/s tyre not holding pressure. Went to my local tyre guy who showed me the tyre had a temporary repair made on it & it wasn't intended for continuous use. Called Ford Dalkeith spoke to Declan who then had Ross call me from service team after explaining the circumstances Ross then asked for invoice to be forwarded & he would refund the tyre price . 2 weeks later had no reply & when I called Ross was off & they didn't know when he'd be back
