Had pre-arranged visit with Ryan at Hendy Exeter, drove from Cheddar, on arrival Ryan was there, there was no waiting around and the car was there in the showroom. Ryan was extremely helpful and clearly had a full understanding of the car. He covered all the required paperwork. Took me on a test drive and added extra petrol to ensure I could reach home, Ryan gave first class service and never once uttered those annoying words you often hear -"I need to speak to my manager".
