Solving my problem

When I went to pick up my Qashqai, Danni and I saw a noticable scratch on the door which hadn't been there before. Straight away she arranged to get it sorted. She even came to pick the car up from my house and took it back to the body shop, returning it back to me. During the whole buying process, she was really friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough and went beyond to sort out the scratch problem. Can't recommend her enough - she's a real asset to Nissan Westway Birmingham. Thanks Danni - you're an absolute star! The car looks so good now and I'm delighted with it.
