Service quality and attitude to problems

After having my Audi serviced at Audi York I purchased a new Q2 from them in 2020. I have had all service work done by them since including an MOT, service and break fluids change two weeks ago. This week I tried to start my car and the battery was flat. As I live in a village it took over two hours to get a jump start. I immediately took it back to Audi York for them to inspect the battery, I only wanted to know if it should be replaced. I am a carer for my wife and a reliable car is essential. It only has 26k on the clock. I was told by the service department that no technicians were available to look at it. What appealing attitude and service to a customer. In need. I called the dealership when I got home and asked to speak with the service manager but was told that they had left the company. Another manager would call me, two days later I have heard nothing.
