First Class Service

Bought a used Škoda Octavia estate from Rich at Newarth yesterday. Driving from Birmingham I needed clear communication prior to my commute and Rich was first class with clear information via WhatsApp, even contacting out of office hours. He was really friendly, knowledgeable and organised throughout my visit and made my purchase a breeze. He was at no point the pushy salesman and I felt very at ease. Couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended.
