After sales leaves a lot to be desired. Had an issue with the vehicle that took ages to rectify. On a recent visit, complaining about the longevity of the smart repair which has faded over a period of a few months, they fobbed me off with the excuse of 'someone must of caught the vehicle whilst parked' How ironic, since the the damage was in the same spot before the repair was carried out on the vehicle prior to purchase.! Tim also failed to accept the fact that the scuff 'gradually appeared', so pretty obvious that it's an unsatisfactory repair. I also find the staff aloof every time you visit the show room.
